We are glad that you are interested in becoming a HMI student. Please read the following information before downloading your application.
All potential HMI students must first fill out an admissions application before submitting a registration application for classes. Returning students are not required to re-apply but must fill out a registration application each semester. There are separate fees for each application so please take note and make sure that all applications include payment. Late applications and applications without payment will not be accepted. However, if there is still room, we will release a late application form. If you miss the initial application period you may submit the late application form with an additional charge. You will need to apply online or download the application to print out and mail to HMI with the appropriate fees.
